BurkeBase is our premium 1/8” heavy gauge Thermoset Vulcanized SBR Rubber Base. It exceeds indoor air quality performance requirements of CA 1350 and is halogen-free. Molded to provide dimensional stability, which prevents shrinkage or expansion. Smooth satin finish and inherent flexibility helps to hide substrate irregularities.
Type TP
RubberMyte is our traditional 1/8” gauge coextruded Thermoplastic Rubber Base which has been developed with a smooth matte finish. Formulated to resist scuffs or abrasions, RubberMyte will not fade or crack and forms easily to curves or corners for a professional installation. The tough matte finish is scuff and abrasion resistant.
Profiles
Rubber
Wall Base Profiles is a flexible, rubber wall base that simulates painted, sculpted wood base moulding. Profiles is more economical than traditional wood base and is great for remodel or new construction in commercial, institutional, or hospitality settings. It is dent and scratch resistant and requires no painting.
Type TV
Mercer Vinyl is made from Thermoplastic coextruded vinyl and is our most economical way to provide quality wall base. Our Vinyl base, in both .080” and 1/8” gauges, gives lasting protection and is engineered for heavy traffic and high maintenance areas.
